The Kent County jail has a capacity of about 1,400 inmates and processes over 25,000 bookings each year. When Wyoming DPS officers arrest someone, they transport the person to this facility. At intake, jail staff create the 72 hour booking record. They log the person's name, date of birth, charges, bond amount, and booking time. The record stays with the Kent County Sheriff's Office. The arrest report from the scene stays with Wyoming DPS. These are separate records held by different agencies.

That record includes the person's full legal name, any known aliases, date of birth, height, weight, eye and hair color, and a booking photo. It also lists the charges at the time of arrest, the bond amount set by the court, and the name of the arresting agency. The booking time and date get logged as well.
These records are public under MCL 15.231 and MCL 750.491. The Kent County Sheriff must provide them on request unless a specific FOIA exemption applies. Most booking records have no valid exemption, so you should be able to get a copy with a simple written request.
